Shipping Policies

General Shipping Policies- It will take 4-7 business days to pack and ship your order (excluding weekends & public holidays)- All orders are mailed out with tracking and is reflected accordingly in the shipping prices to each country. All orders are shipped with Singpost & your tracking number will be emailed to you after posting.- Lost Mail: Do drop me an email with your tracking number and I will do my best to help you track down your package! However, these kinds of situations are usually out of my hands so I cannot be liable for any delayed or lost mail.- Incomplete/Incorrect Address: If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, I won’t be able to provide a refund. However, I’m more than happy to resend your package once it’s back in my hands — Do note that additional postage fees apply. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, do review your shipping address carefully before you check out.- Missed Delivery Attempts: I cannot offer refunds for missed deliveries, but I can resend your order if it’s returned to me. Do note that any extra shipping or handling costs will apply.- Damages in Transit: I do my best to ensure that your order is securely packaged and online merchants typically cannot be held liable for damage incurred to packages during shipping. However, I will be glad to assist and replace any badly damaged goods on a case-by-case basis. However, I am working to find solutions so that this may be available in the future!Customs & Import taxesDepending on your location, custom charges & import taxes may be incurred.
